Submitting the form or sending a message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm availability, the ambulance type and the quotation with you directly.
Hours of service
Sri Loukya Ambulance Service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Calls and WhatsApp messages are answered at any hour. The vehicle, equipment and crew for a particular journey are confirmed when you book.
No guarantees of timing
Journey times depend on traffic, weather, road conditions and the patient's needs. Any time we give is an estimate.
