About Us

Outstation Ambulance Hyderabad is an independent medical transport service based in Hyderabad, Telangana, run by Sai Ram Malloju. Our work is the movement of patients — within the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, across Cyberabad’s western corridor, and above all on the long roads that connect Hyderabad to the rest of India.

Outstation transfer is our speciality and our name. Families treated in Hyderabad’s hospitals come from every district of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and from states far beyond; when treatment ends — or continues elsewhere — someone must carry the patient home safely. That journey, planned properly and driven patiently, is what we do every day.

How we work

Every booking starts with questions, because the patient’s condition decides the vehicle, the equipment and the crew. We ask about diagnosis, oxygen, mobility, the pickup building and the receiving hospital before we quote or dispatch. For long routes we plan halts, carry oxygen with deep reserve, and assign two drivers so the vehicle keeps moving while one rests. A trained attendant accompanies every transfer, and the phone line is answered by a person at every hour.

What we will not do

We will not claim certifications, fleet numbers or ratings we cannot show you. We will not quote a vehicle without understanding the patient. And we will not tell you road transfer is right when a train berth or a flight with an escort would serve your patient better — we would rather advise honestly and earn the next call.
