These terms govern the use of this website and the booking of services from Outstation Ambulance Hyderabad. By booking, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the patient you represent.
Nature of service
We provide medical transport: road ambulance transfers, and coordination of train and air ambulance journeys through third-party carriers where requested. We are not a hospital and do not provide medical treatment beyond the transport care described for each service. Clinical decisions about whether a patient is fit to travel rest with the treating doctor.
Accurate information
Bookings are configured from the information the family provides — diagnosis, support needs, pickup practicalities. Materially inaccurate information (for example, an unstable patient described as stable) can make a transfer unsafe or impossible to complete as booked, and may require reconfiguration or cancellation for safety.
Quotations, payment and cancellation
Quotations are provided on enquiry, in writing where requested, and confirmed before dispatch. Payment terms are agreed at booking. Cancellations before vehicle dispatch are free; after dispatch, reasonable costs incurred may apply and will be explained transparently.
Third-party services
Train berths, air charters and hospital admissions are provided by railways, air operators and hospitals under their own terms; we coordinate them diligently but do not control their schedules, availability or decisions.
Liability
We perform transfers with trained crews, maintained equipment and planned routes. Our liability is limited to the transport service we provide; we are not liable for outcomes arising from the patient’s underlying condition, treating decisions, force majeure events (weather, road closures, public order), or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
