How are berths arranged for a stretcher patient?
We book the appropriate class and berths for the patient, escort and family, and arrange stretcher boarding assistance at the station. The patient travels on the berth with our escort seated alongside.
What if the patient needs oxygen on the train?
Portable cylinders sized for the journey travel with the escort, with reserve. The escort monitors saturation and manages flow throughout — this is calculated before we confirm the train option is safe.
