Service Delivery Policy

Sri Loukya Ambulance Service, a proprietorship of Sai Ram Chary Malloju, provides road ambulance services. We do not sell or ship physical goods; nothing is sent by post or courier. This page explains how a booked service is delivered.

Service area

We are based in Karmanghat, Hyderabad, Telangana. We serve Hyderabad and Secunderabad, and road journeys from Hyderabad to destinations across India. See the destinations we cover.

How a service is delivered

1. You call, WhatsApp or send a request with the pickup, destination and the patient's condition.
2. We confirm the ambulance type, equipment, crew, pickup time and quotation with you by phone or WhatsApp.
3. After confirmation (and any agreed advance), the ambulance is dispatched to the pickup address.
4. The patient is transported to the destination and handed over with their documents.
5. You receive a GST invoice for the service.

Dispatch and arrival times

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The pickup time is agreed when you book. Arrival and journey times are estimates that depend on traffic, weather, road conditions and the patient's needs; we keep you informed if they change.

Confirmation

Every booking is confirmed on the phone number you give us. Online payments are confirmed by the payment gateway and by us. Keep the phone reachable until the ambulance arrives.

If we can't deliver

If we cannot provide the booked service, we tell you as early as possible and refund everything paid for that booking, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
