How we plan it
Paperwork rides up front on interstate routes: the discharge summary and transfer note, patient ID, and — for deceased transport — the certificates checkpoints may ask for. We keep a copy set with the driver and brief the family on what each state crossing involves, which on most southern routes is nothing more than a toll queue.

Yes — transfers are run with the permits appropriate to the route. This is handled in booking; you do not need to arrange anything separately.
Which interstate routes from Hyderabad are most common?

Do state borders delay the journey?
